Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can easily monitor its progress.
Where We Deliver: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Return Window: You have 5 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
