7. Cancellation Rights and Returns

7.1. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract with us up to the end of the fifth working day after receiving the ordered goods. Valid reasons for cancellation include:

• Products damaged upon delivery
• Products delivered to wrong address

• The refund is contingent upon you taking reasonable care of the  goods
• We may deduct costs of recovering goods from your refund if you fail to return them
• Original delivery charges may not be refundable.

For services that do not match your order, you must notify us in writing within five working days after receipt.

11.1.3. Non-Receipt of Orders
If you do not receive your order by the delivery date, you must notify us in writing within two working days of the expected delivery date.

11.2. Our Remedies
Upon receiving a valid notification under Section 11.1, we will, at our discretion and your option:
a) Replace or repair damaged or defective goods
b) Refund the amount paid for the affected goods or services

11.3. Limitation of Liability

· The business sole obligation shall be limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods or services in question.

· No monetary compensation, damages, or remedies beyond the refund shall be payable to the Customer, regardless of the circumstances or way such losses may arise.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
